Hey folks… Just a quick check in…  This past week has been a whirlwind trip!!!  It’s been a learning experience…  I am still clean and sober thank God!!!  I had an intense using dream last night (Wed night) that scared the living bejesus out of me as I thought I had lost all my time again… Thankfully it was just a dream…  The love and support continue to flow in… I am thankful…

I am leaving Friday afternoon to carpool with a friend to the weekend Men’s Spiritual Retreat up at Mt. Calvary in Santa Barbara.  I will be gone for the whole weekend up in the mountain like last year taking amazing pictures and hopefully having an amazing time reconnecting with God and my fellow guys on this retreat!!!

I will give you folks an update upon my return!!!
